Lorenza Talpo of iLS has represented UniCredit in the structuring and implementaion of Project Sandokan 2, a multi-investors securitisation dedicated to large UTPs and NPLs encompassing proactive asset management, innovative solutions and new funding, when and where needed, with a total transaction value (GBV) exceeding Euro 900 million as at the first issuance of notes, which may be increased during 2021 to up to Euro 2 billions.
